1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Next Level Recovery (“we”, “us”, “our”) at 12 Bridge Street, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 1AY. By booking an appointment, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Appointments and Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, by phone, or in person.
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced, and the full session fee will still apply.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
- Failure to attend without prior notice (“no-show”) will also result in the full fee being charged.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g., sudden illness), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after your appointment.
- We accept cash, card payments, and any other payment methods displayed on our booking system or premises.
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
5. Health and Medical Information
- Before your treatment, you must complete a consultation form and disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other factors that may affect your treatment.
- It is your responsibility to update us on any changes to your health or circumstances before subsequent sessions.
- We reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatment if we believe it may not be safe or suitable.
6. Treatment Outcomes
- All treatments are provided on the understanding that results vary from person to person.
- No specific outcome is guaranteed.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after your treatment, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- You are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided to you.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
